Agentic Commerce Readiness ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Shopify app.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects and processes the following information from your Shopify store:

• Product Data: Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, tags, SKUs, inventory status, and vendor information
• Store Data: Your store's domain name and basic store information
• Theme Data: Public-facing product page HTML for markup analysis
• Session Data: Temporary authentication tokens to maintain your session

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect:

• Customer personal information (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers)
• Payment information or transaction data
• Customer order history
• Any personally identifiable information about your customers

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected product data solely to:

• Analyze your products for AI agent readiness and generate optimization recommendations
• Display analysis results within the app interface
• Generate CSV export reports for your records
• Maintain your authenticated session while using the app

5. Data Storage and Security

• Session Storage: Authentication sessions are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database and automatically expire
• No Persistent Storage: Product analysis is performed in real-time and not permanently stored
• Encryption: All data transmission uses industry-standard HTTPS encryption
• Access Control: Only you can access your store's analysis results

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your product information is:

• Never shared with other merchants or users
• Never used for marketing purposes
• Never sold to data brokers or advertisers
• Only processed within our secure infrastructure

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Railway.app: Hosting infrastructure (subject to their privacy policy)
• Shopify API: For accessing your store data (subject to Shopify's privacy policy)
• Resend: For sending feedback emails (only when you voluntarily submit feedback)

8. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Access: Request what data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data by uninstalling the app
• Portability: Export your analysis results via CSV
• Correction: Data is read directly from your Shopify store, so corrections should be made there

9. Data Retention

• Session Data: Automatically deleted when sessions expire or when you uninstall the app
• Analysis Results: Generated in real-time and not stored permanently
• Uninstallation: All associated data is removed when you uninstall the app

10. Cookies and Tracking

The App uses session cookies only for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use only and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since we do not sell personal information and only collect business data, most CCPA provisions do not apply. However, you may still request information about data collection practices by contacting us.
